The caretaker of a teen killed in a motor motor vehicle accident concerning the spouse of a United States diplomat has urged her ” as a mum” to go back to the British for questioning.
August Harry Dunn, 19, died when his motorbike collided with a car near RAF Croughton in Northamptonshire on 27.
