In-Game Prerequisites
Ahead you can exchange from Pokémon Black two to Pokémon White two, in the two games you Want to acquire the Basic Badge at the Aspertia Fitness Center and get the C-Gear from Bianca.
How to Trade
Make sure that both players are using Nintendo DSes or even 3DSes and are nearby. (Internet transactions are not any longer potential for Pokémon Black, Pokémon White, Pokémon Black two, or even Pokémon White 2.)
Method 1: Trade Over Infrared

Use this system to exchange with players that are local, but not close enough to exchange on infrared (see above). Go in to any Pokémon Center and visit the top floor. Speak to the person about the left to enter the Union Room. The participant with whom you wish to exchange should also go in the Union Room in his or her game.
In the area, talk to the participant you need to trade with.
Now choose the pokémon which you want to exchange, and select TRADE when prompted. You will observe the pokémon that the other participant wishes to trade. Pick YES to start the trade.
